Within two to eight weeks, depending on the size of the undertaking, we work out with you:

- A make-or-buy evaluation including data sovereignty: We assess which components to buy, which to build, and where on-premise or EU hosting is the right answer.
- An EU AI Act classification: We classify which obligations your planned application triggers and what that means for the architecture.
- An implementation-ready roadmap with specifications fit for tendering: We make it concrete enough to implement internally, commission externally, or start directly with us.
The result is a document your management can decide on and your engineers can work with.

Assessment (2–8 weeks, depending on scope)
Interviews with the business units, review of data and systems, architecture design, one alignment loop with you.
Results and decision
Handover of the assessment with a presentation to your decision-makers, plus two clearly defined paths for implementation.
Two paths after the assessment
Path A: You implement
Your team or a provider of your choice works on the basis of our specifications. On request, we accompany the implementation with architecture reviews, so that the target architecture is adhered to.
Path B: We implement
GeoLambda delivers the implementation itself, accelerated by agentic tooling where desired. Whether and which AI tools are used is agreed with you. Where sensitive data is involved, we work entirely within your environment and without external AI services. Because architecture and implementation come from one hand, coordination and interface costs disappear.
Either way, the assessment stands on its own. You can use the results independently of any follow-on engagement.

How is the budget frame determined?
In the free preliminary call, we clarify system scope, data situation and the business units involved. On that basis, you receive a proposal with a binding budget frame and clearly defined deliverables, before you decide.
What if we already have an architecture?
Then we review it. The assessment also works as an independent second opinion on an existing plan, for example before a major tender.
Is this the same as the Executive Briefing?
No. The Executive Briefing (4 hours) creates strategic orientation for your leadership team. The Architecture Assessment is the step after that: a multi-week piece of work with validated requirements and an implementation-ready architecture. Many clients start with the briefing, but it is not required.
How does this differ from an AI readiness assessment or an AI Act compliance check?
An AI readiness assessment evaluates organisational maturity: strategy, data, skills, use-case prioritisation. An AI Act compliance check examines the legal conformity of governance and documentation. The AI Architecture Assessment sits between the two: it delivers the technical target architecture and implementation-ready specifications for a concrete undertaking, including a technical EU AI Act classification. The binding legal review remains with you and your legal counsel.
